•  Do not publish multiple duplicate ads, changing only the title and photos, under penalty of deletion of the newest ads and keeping the oldest, WE WILL NOT SEND BLOCKING OR EXCLUSION NOTICE ;

•  Do not open duplicate registrations for the same user, even with differences in usernames, our system will detect and remove the newest registrations, keeping the oldest ;

•  Do not publish empty advertisements or without basic information necessary for the good understanding of the user interested in the good or service, fictitious telephone numbers, advertisements in this aspect will be deleted without warning;

•  Any advertisement for lotteries, raffles and draws of any kind and/or other similar items will not be accepted, they  will be deleted without notice ; only old lottery tickets will be accepted for collection purposes;

• Do not publish a photo, image or logo that does not match the product, brand or business name. The administration may exclude it if it so wishes, whilst maintaining the advertisement;

• Do not publish an ad from another competing website or a list of competing websites with classified ads, the ad will be deleted without prior notice;

• Must not “be fraudulent, adulterate, deceive or relate to the sale of any illegal, counterfeit, stolen products or services;

• Will not be in respect of goods, services of which you are not the legal owner or you do not have the authority or consent to 'list' that do not belong to you or you do not have the authority to do so;

• Must not infringe any intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary right or rights of publicity or privacy of any third party;

• It must not consist of material that is an expression of racism, intolerance or hatred based on age, sex, religion, race, caste, class, preference, lifestyle and nationality and/or is in the nature of being derogatory, defamatory to any third party;
